Oversees the full lifecycle of custodial services, ensuring the accurate and secure administration of client assets across key areas such as settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations, income processing, and reporting. The role is responsible for maintaining strong operational controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk. Serves as a key liaison among internal teams, clients, financial institutions, and market infrastructures, the manager ensures timely issue resolution and consistently high service standards. Additionally, they lead and develop the operations team, support strategic initiatives, and enhance operational resilience to uphold the integrity and client‑focused delivery of investor services offering.
Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
5-7 Years
Experience running an end-to-end Operational function within investor Services/ Asset Management including financial management, client, people, technology and interacting with the Regulator as the Market Leader in Industry.

Knowledge of the Investor Services, Product set including settlements, corporate and service solutions and offerings, including global FX management, asset management.
