Part-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $15/hour

Position Overview
The Custodial Worker is responsible for supporting the daily cleaning and sanitation of the school to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors.
This is a hands-on role focused on completing assigned cleaning tasks with consistency and attention to detail, ensuring all areas of the building are clean, stocked, and ready for daily use.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of:
Classrooms
Offices
Restrooms
Hallways and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
Remove trash and replace liners
Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces
Assist with setup and breakdown of spaces as needed
Maintain cleanliness of entryways and designated exterior areas
Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when inventory is low
Follow proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Respond to spills, safety concerns, or urgent cleaning needs
Support maintaining a safe and sanitary environment throughout the building
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Preferred
Previous custodial, facilities, or cleaning experience
Experience working in schools or similar environments
Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures
