Who You Are:
University of Advancing Technology is looking for a Curriculum Program Lead to ensure that UAT's programs are ready for delivery, reflect Synchronic Learning, achieve program objectives, and validate credit awards. Partnering with faculty to guide the design, revision, and optimization course content, they will also manage the systems and workflows that support curriculum development, including documentation, progress tracking, and institutional reporting. The result of their work ensures that course curriculum fulfills student expectations, leads to attainment of degrees, and meets all related requirements set by UAT's regulatory agencies.
The ideal candidate will have the experience and skills to guide the process of readying curriculum for delivery through collaboration wiht faculty, the content team, and members of UAT's education leadership.
Duties:
Provides direction and support to Subject Matter Experts and faculty in developing and writing course content
Ensures alignment of course topics, objectives, discussions, lectures and assignments with program designs and discipline-specific standards
Ensures all curriculum is formatted correctly and meets quality standard
Quality assurance checks to ensure that courses are developed with tangible assets, goals, and curriculum unique to UAT, while measuring student success rate per course
Project management across multiple teams to ensure courses are developed and organized prior to instruction
Keeps detailed records, reports in task management systems, and communicates course development deadlines daily

Master's Degree required
3-5 years curriculum development experience required
Experience in developing higher education curriculum preferred
Important Notes:
This position is not remote; candidates are expected to work in-person on the campus in Tempe, AZ.
Salary: $60,000-$71,000 annually depending upon experience and education
