The Florida Panthers enter the 2025-26 season as the two-time defending Stanley Cup Champions, having gone to the Stanley Cup Final in each of the past three seasons. Job Summary:
Curling Instructors execute and teach curling events under the direction of the Guest Experience Manager and the Lead Curling Instructor, with a goal of providing the best possible customer service experience for all participants and other team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prepares ice for curling events including pebbling, cleaning and nipping the ice.
•Assists with set up and breakdown of curling events, ensuring all equipment is put in proper placements on and off the ice.
•Teaches basic knowledge of rules, safety, etiquette, and game play.
•Provide stellar customer service to guests on and off ice, with a goal to create a fun-filled atmosphere.
•Assists in the completion and submission of incident reports as needed.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Must be available for a variety of hours, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
•Must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills.
•Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
•Must be able to handle a fast-paced, cold environments and multiple tasks at once.
•Ability to adapt and work with people of varying ages and abilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a non-exempt part-time position. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
