We are seeking a motivated Culture and Engagement Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in creating and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, build a positive organizational culture, and strengthen internal communications. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in people operations and organizational development within a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement programs and events.
• Support initiatives that promote FlyAkeed’s values, diversity, and inclusion.
• Help gather employee feedback through surveys and other tools to assess engagement levels.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop communication campaigns that foster a positive work culture.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to culture and engagement activities.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and aligned with company culture.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to culture and employee engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• A strong interest in organizational culture, employee engagement, and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with diverse employees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn.
