Your Impact:

• Effectively lead daily dry, buck, and cure processes and team

• Verify and maintain environmental condition accuracy

• Document and log data, green waste etc

• Train new postharvest associates

Your Strengths:

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trimming/drying and other postharvest tasks.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.

• Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
