Your Impact:

• Set strategic direction and manage cultivation facility operations to ensure optimal plant health

• Manage full life cycle procedures within propagation, vegetation, flowering cycles, and pre-harvest phase

• Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members

• Collaborate with leaders on timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards

Your Strengths:

• You are passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.

• You have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

• You have demonstrated knowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.

• You have meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• You have an ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.
