We are initiating a search for a strategic and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer to lead our Engineering, IT, and Security teams. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the technology vision and execution to support our growth and innovation goals.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a CTO in a global SaaS organization with annual revenues between $50M and $200M, and a proven track record of scaling technology platforms in high-growth environments. We are looking for more than just a seasoned operator - we want someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and approaches evolving challenges with creativity and a growth mindset.

You are equally comfortable defining long-term technology strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve problems. You bring a strong balance of strategic thinking, technical depth, and operational rigor - but you also possess the agility, creativity, and curiosity of a builder. You’re energized by creating clarity amidst change and shaping what's next, not just optimizing what's now.

This role will be responsible for:

• Setting and executing the technology strategy in alignment with company objectives

• Leading high-performing teams across Engineering, IT, and Security

• Driving innovation and ensuring technology scalability, reliability, and security

• Building and optimizing agile development processes

• Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience

We prefer candidates who are based in or willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL area.
