Roles and responsibilities:

• Contact healthcare facilities to collect required documents, including Financial Responsibility and HIPAA Authorization forms.
• Conduct follow-ups via phone or email for any pending or incomplete documentation.
• Review forms to ensure completeness and accuracy of all provided information.
• Maintain updated contact details and documentation within the Framework system.
• Forward all received forms (via email or fax) promptly to the appropriate client.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
• Experience in handling facility/provider calls (Inbound/Outbound)
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
