• Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
• Answer customer support calls, emails and chats in a professional manner
• Research required information using available resources
• Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
• Awareness of relevant service levels

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Exceptional customer support skills
• Preferably with phone, chat and email experience
• Fast and accurate typing
