•  根据客户的传真或邮件采购单做定单、样品单

•  与分切保持联系，对订单出现异常及时向销售或客户反馈

•  每日通知客户欠单

•  每日做好日报，上报相关人员

•  每周汇总定单，做好统计工作

•  为客户提供方便、优质的服务

 完成上司布置的其它任务

• 大专及以上学历；

• 有相关跟单或客服工作经验者优先；

• 具备良好的客户服务意识，有较强的应变能力和突发事件的解决能力；

• 具备一定的报表分析能力，如excel函数、宏、数据透视表等；

• 有一定的英语功底，英语四级或以上。
