1. 接收并审核海外客户订单,确认产品细节、价格、付款方式、交货期、包装及运输要求。

2. 订单及时录入并与生产部门协调沟通交期回复客户。

3. 根据订单要求,准备相关外贸单证,如发票、装箱单、提单、原产地证等。

4. 协助业务员跟踪货款回收情况,根据合同条款准备催款或收款所需文件。

5. 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

1. 大专及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语、物流管理等相关专业优先。

2. 一年以上外贸跟单或相关工作经验,熟悉外贸流程。

3. 良好的英语读写能力(CET-4或以上),能熟练处理英文邮件及单证。

4. 出色的内外沟通协调能力,工作严谨细致,责任心强,能高效处理多任务并承受一定工作压力。
