We are looking for an experienced CSOD Technical Consultant / Developer with 6–8 years of overall experience and deep expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting CSOD solutions while leveraging Python to build integrations, automations, and backend enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical partners to deliver scalable and high-impact learning and talent management solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support end-to-end CSOD solutions across modules such as Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Content, and Reporting.
• Configure CSOD workflows, security roles, permissions, and user hierarchies to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations between CSOD and third-party systems (HRMS, LMS, ERP, identity providers, etc.) using Python and APIs.
• Build automation scripts, data transformation pipelines, and backend services using Python to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Manage CSOD data imports, exports, Edge integrations, and scheduled jobs while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term fixes and optimizations.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and new feature rollouts within CSOD, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and integration specifications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand).
• Solid experience in Python development, including scripting, API integration, and data processing.
• Strong understanding of CSOD architecture, Edge Marketplace, reporting, and security frameworks.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
• Good knowledge of databases, data migration, and reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• CSOD certifications or prior experience in large-scale CSOD implementations.
• Experience with HR tech ecosystems and learning or talent management platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or automation frameworks.
