CSA Project Manager

We are now seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join our team on a new Data Centre project in Dublin 15. Reporting to the Project Director, this role will be responsible for leading the delivery of the civil, structural, and architectural packages, including structural steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

• Lead and oversee CSA work packages including structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slippage.
• Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.
• Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project meetings.
• Monitor and report on factors influencing construction costs, preparing detailed cost reports.
• Apply knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment requirements.
• Review, validate, and audit cost estimates from subcontractors and internal teams.
• Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes.
• Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.
• Oversee project close-out, ensuring smooth transfer to the client with all required documentation and warranties.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a similar role within Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing packages on major projects.
• Data Centre project experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with project management software is beneficial.
