What You Will Do
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover, including early works (piling, in-ground services), substructure, and superstructure.
- Serve as a Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Project Manager, ideally with a focus on mission-critical, high-capacity data center facilities.
- Oversee complex, fast-track construction projects, coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and structural standards.
- Lead the CSA scope on-site, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with design consultants.

What You Will Need
- Proven, direct, end-to-end experience in data center or mission-critical facility construction.
- Deep technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural elements, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, building envelopes, and advanced finishes.
- Strong ability to coordinate CSA works with MEP systems, including builders' works interfaces and equipment load requirements.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations (e.g., JKKP/DOSH), and fire safety requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools.
