Job Description

Your career as a CS Technical Content Writer at Booksy will give you the opportunity to own the entire knowledge ecosystem for our global Customer Success team. You won’t just be writing "content" - you’ll be the architect of the information that empowers our users to thrive and enables our agents to provide world-class, efficient support.

Working within the Global CS Excellence team, you’ll split your expertise between our external Help Center and our vital internal Knowledge Base. You’ll be the one translating complex product engineering into human-friendly solutions, whether you're building the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that keep our global teams aligned or drafting high-pressure messaging during a service outage.


Requirements:
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

• Proven, hands-on experience in technical writing, support content, or copywriting, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment; a background in Customer Success or Support is a major plus.
• The ability to quickly learn the "how" behind our product and explain it to others using simple, jargon-free language.
• A track record of producing clean, error-free copy under tight deadlines, particularly during active service incidents.
• Demonstrable, repeated experience managing Help Centers or Internal Knowledge Bases (like Zendesk or Salesforce).
• A disciplined approach to content management, including version control, formatting, and link audits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and build trust across multiple global teams.
• Fluent command of English, with the ability to maintain a consistent "Human-to-Human" tone across both internal and external channels.
