Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the company’s business operations and physical mining farm activities, ensuring efficient integration of on-chain strategies with real-world computing infrastructure. They will manage processes, optimize physical mining operations, and coordinate with farm teams to drive performance, supporting the company’s leadership in Bitcoin mining technology and PoW solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business operations, streamlining processes for procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination to support high-performance computing activities.

• Oversee physical mining farm operations, ensuring optimal performance of compute resources (e.g., ASIC miners or large-scale servers) across global facilities.

• Interact with mining farm teams, coordinating maintenance, hardware upgrades, and energy efficiency to maximize uptime and computational output.

• Develop operational strategies to align business goals with on-chain mining objectives, enhancing scalability and cost-effectiveness.

• Optimize energy consumption and negotiate with utility providers to support sustainable, large-scale computing operations.

• Ensure compliance with global regulations for crypto mining and data center operations, collaborating with legal teams on environmental and operational standards.

• Analyze operational metrics (e.g., compute performance, downtime, energy costs) to drive data-informed decisions and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to integrate physical computing outputs with the company’s on-chain platform and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on large-scale servers, compute resources, data centers, or similar high-performance infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability to manage physical computing facilities, including hardware maintenance, capacity planning, and energy optimization.

• Strong understanding of business operations, including process optimization, vendor management, and budgeting in dynamic environments.

• Knowledge of Bitcoin, PoW mining, and blockchain technology, or the ability to quickly adapt expertise in compute infrastructure to mining contexts.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience coordinating with on-site technical teams and global stakeholders.

• Familiarity with global regulations for computing infrastructure, energy markets, or crypto mining compliance.

• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in leveraging operational data for performance improvements.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
