Crypto ETF and Index Fund Director

Your Role:

As the Crypto ETF and Index Fund Director, which will serve as an experienced leader to help with the development and management of our Crypto Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) and index fund business. This role is based in New York or Los Angeles and will focus on product design, regulatory compliance, fund operations, and building institutional relationships. The ideal candidate combines ETF management expertise, strong knowledge of U.S. securities regulation, and hands-on digital asset transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities

ETF Management & Product Development

• Drive the design, launch, and ongoing management of crypto ETFs and index funds.

• Manage product structuring, day-to-day fund operations, and overall fund lifecycle management.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, crypto assets, and industry trends, and apply independent judgment and asset allocation methodology to guide product development and portfolio construction.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, CFTC and relevant U.S. exchange listing requirements.

• Coordinate with legal counsel on fund filings (S-1, S-3, 19b-4) and related disclosures.

• Track regulatory developments affecting digital assets, ETFs, and index funds.

Investment & Operations

• Oversee crypto token transactions, custody solutions, and liquidity management.

• Develop operational frameworks for secure trading, portfolio construction, and risk control.

• Manage index methodology, rebalancing processes, and secondary market liquidity.

Business Development & Strategy

• Develop and expand strategic relationships across the ETF and digital asset ecosystem, including institutional investors, exchanges, custodians, and authorized participants (APs).

• Identify opportunities to grow assets under management (AUM) and expand product offerings.

• Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and public forums.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or similar field.

• 10+ years of ETF, index fund, or capital markets experience

• Demonstrated track record in managing or launching ETFs/index funds

• Strong understanding of U.S. securities laws and ETF regulatory frameworks

• Hands-on experience with digital asset custody, trading, and transaction execution

• Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established network across ETF and index fund ecosystem (custodians, APs, exchanges, rating/index providers).

• Prior experience at a leading ETF issuer, index fund manager, or digital asset firm

• CFA, CAIA, or equivalent professional certifications

• Familiarity with both U.S. and international ETF/index fund markets

Salary Range:

($220K-$280K DOE), plus benefits and incentives plans
