岗位概述:

运营阶段：协助部门经理进行工厂的运营和改善，包括工厂Capex项目和DNA项目的实施和推进，生产、工艺、设备、产品质量的控制和分析、规章制度、各种管理体系、日常事务等的管理，保证压榨生产的运行正常和持续改善。

项目建设与施工阶段：作为车间现场施工负责人，保证与其他部门和建设单位的良好沟通，保证施工安全、进度、质量，保证项目建设与未来投产需求匹配，确保项目正常调试，由项目阶段正常转向正常运营。

主要职责: 

运营阶段：

•    贯彻和执行工厂安全，健康，环境程序和食品安全程序。

•    清晰了解生产物料和能源平衡，可发现工艺车间问题，并提出和执行整改计划；

•    对车间相关档案、技术文件进行收纳、更新、管理；

•    分析工艺运行各项指标，对于异常指标及时进行分析制定解决方案；

•    负责DNA协调与沟通, 负责DNA 每月及半年的考核，及时更新、维护信息；

•    协助促进压榨车间持续改进，保证车间创新实施，独立牵头Kaizen项目；

•    协助完成车间的年度CAPEX项目提报与实施；

•    负责压榨部门（含压榨/内物流）工艺安全，定期组织工艺安全相关课题的培训；

•    负责压榨车间自动化程序优化、升级等相关对接工作。

•    协助完成上级领导交付的临时工作；

项目建设与施工阶段

•    负责安全监督，保证现场施工安全，现场施工遵守安全规范；

•    协助进行现场施工审图，从生产运营角度提出合理建议，改善车间运营效果；

•    负责压榨车间自控程序、联锁、PDS的编制与程序对接；

•    协助完成设备调试、工艺调试，保证车间的正常运营；

•    协助完成上级领导交付的临时工作。

技能知识

•    熟悉压榨工艺自动化程序控制逻辑；

•    熟练掌握压榨工艺知识、化工原理；

•    熟练操作AutoCAD、MS Office软件；

工作经历:

•     三年以上油脂/化工行业工作经验，2年以上压榨车间操作经验；

教育背景:  

•    全日制本科学历，油脂加工、食品工程、机械、化工等相关专业优先；

语言能力: 

•    通过英语四六级优先，具备基础的英语听、说、读、写能力
