Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety-first mindset required.

Must be able to work flexible shifts and travel as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Crusher Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our aggregate team. This is hands-on work with room to grow, where no two days are the same. Your role will include:

Keeping equipment and work areas clean and running smoothly

Assisting with plant maintenance (oiling, greasing, belt repair, screen changes, etc.)

Operating skid steers and other heavy equipment safely

Using hand tools for general maintenance

Supporting operators and skilled crew members when needed

Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite

What It Takes Physically

Lift 50-75 lbs regularly

Work in outdoor conditions — sun, rain, wind, and everything Montana throws at us

Stand, climb, bend, kneel, and work on uneven ground
