We are seeking a talented Cross-Platform Mobile App Developer specialising in React Native to join our team. You will be responsible for building high-quality mobile applications that deliver outstanding user experiences across both iOS and Android platforms. This role involves close collaboration with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to bring innovative ideas to life.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React Native, a strong understanding of mobile architecture, and a passion for delivering polished, performant apps. You should be ready to contribute to strategic projects that drive the company’s success.

Requirements:
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across devices.
• Debug and fix issues, maintaining a high standard of code quality and reliability.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers when needed.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React Native with proven experience building cross-platform mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of native mobile app development (Android/iOS) concepts.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Object-Oriented JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of React and React Native internals.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux, Redux-Saga, Context API, or others.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving techniques.
• Passion for creating highly intuitive, polished UI/UX.
• Up-to-date with the latest React Native releases and ecosystem developments.
• Solid grasp of the mobile development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries, SDKs, and APIs.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines, tools (Webpack, Metro, Babel), and version control (Git).
• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, or mobile CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of native modules (Kotlin/Swift) integration in React Native is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in finance product preferred
• Portfolio of previous mobile apps is highly preferred

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development, with a strong portfolio of React Native apps.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining apps across both Android and iOS ecosystems.
