We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Producer to be an operational partner to our Brand Studio. This role will be pivotal in driving the execution of design initiatives that require close collaboration between our Marketing and Design teams. The ideal candidate will be a master of project management, a clear communicator, and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

• Manage end-to-end marketing project lifecycles (website updates, campaigns, events, videos, digital assets) by establishing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) to track progress, manage dependencies, and provide stakeholder visibility

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, communicate roadblocks, and serve as the main point of contact between Marketing and Design

• Facilitate communication, lead meetings with agendas and action items, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Identify and implement workflow improvements, document best practices, and contribute to the evaluation of new productivity tools

We're looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a cross-functional producer, program manager, or in a similar role, ideally within a dynamic marketing or creative setting

• A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

• A solid understanding of the creative development process, encompassing design principles, video production workflows, and digital asset creation

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in utilizing project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)

Nice to have:

• Experience working within the technology and/or automotive industries

• Familiarity with Agile or other relevant project management methodologies

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
