This role provides the flexibility of remote work within Greece, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

As a Croatian Speaking Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Booking.com users with their inquiries, resolving booking issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your fluency in Croatian will be vital to effectively communicate and build trust with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Booking.com customers in Croatian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with booking queries, cancellations, modifications, and general inquiries
• Accurately document all interactions in the appropriate systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Educate customers on Booking.com policies and procedures
• Collect customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in training to stay up-to-date with company and product knowledge

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Flexible to work various shifts as needed
• Willingness to work remotely from any location within Greece
