We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our Croatian-speaking clients.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for Croatian-speaking customers. Your role is critical to maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer support in Croatian and English across various communication channels
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns
• Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Stay updated on product offerings and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
