Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opening for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Travel & Hospitality Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with travel inquiries, bookings, and creating positive travel experiences.
Your fluency in Croatian will be instrumental in helping customers navigate our services, address their queries about travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries. You will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty within our travel community.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries
• Assist customers with booking arrangements, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with hotel and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve services and travel offerings
• Stay updated on travel trends and hospitality services to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for travel
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm for helping customers create memorable travel experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
