Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Streaming Services division, based in Greece. In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries regarding our streaming platforms and content offerings.
Your fluency in Croatian will be essential in addressing customer questions about subscriptions, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users in maximizing their streaming experience. By delivering high-quality service, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in the competitive streaming landscape.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat related to streaming services
• Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, content inquiries, and billing questions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• Gather customer feedback to continually enhance our services and content offerings
• Stay informed about new content releases and features on the streaming platform
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in tech or entertainment sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for streaming media and helping customers enjoy their viewing experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
