Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client’s Property Management Company, located in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exemplary support to our Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to property management services and ensuring an excellent experience for tenants and landlords alike.
Your fluency in Croatian will be vital as you help clients with information regarding property listings, rental agreements, maintenance issues, and other related services. You will serve as a key point of contact, facilitating effective communication and fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding property management inquiries
• Assist clients with property details, rental agreements, and service requests
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions comprehensively in our CRM system
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure timely resolutions of issues
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and reinforce our reputation
• Stay updated on local property regulations and market trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, especially in real estate or property management, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively and efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for real estate and helping clients with their property needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
