Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Property Management Company. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to property management services and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your fluency in Croatian will be crucial as you handle customer inquiries, provide information about properties, and facilitate communication between clients and property management teams. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate their property management needs while delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat regarding property management inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about rental agreements, maintenance requests, and property listings
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with property management teams to ensure timely responses to client needs
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about the property market trends and company offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to addressing client needs
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in real estate or property management, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in property management and assisting clients with their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
