Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Payment Solutions Provider. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to payment processing and financial services.
Your fluency in Croatian will be key as you guide clients through the process of using payment solutions, addressing their questions and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat for payment-related inquiries
• Assist customers with understanding payment solutions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
• Process order requests and provide accurate information about products and services
• Document customer interactions and resolutions meticulously in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
• Gather customer feedback to help inform service improvements and product updates
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to payment solutions
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the finance or payment processing sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in financial services and helping customers navigate payment solutions
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
