Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Marketplace, based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries related to products and services available on our online platform.
Your fluency in Croatian will be crucial in guiding customers through their shopping experience, addressing questions about orders, product details, and return processes. Through your commitment to superior customer service, you will help create a positive and seamless online shopping experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding online marketplace inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issues related to returns and exchanges
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism
• Thoroughly document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our services and address any areas for improvement
• Stay informed about online marketplace trends and product offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in online shopping and a passion for customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
