Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Education Platform in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries related to online courses and educational resources.
Your fluency in Croatian will be instrumental as you help learners navigate the platform, understand course offerings, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will be a vital part of ensuring that our customers have a smooth and enriching educational experience.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding online education inquiries
• Guide customers through course selection, registration processes, and platform functionalities
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with educators and technical support teams to resolve complex inquiries
• Gather and relay customer feedback to continually improve our educational offerings
• Stay informed about the latest trends in online education and technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a desire to assist learners
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in education or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in education and a passion for helping others succeed
• Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is a plus
