Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Mobility Services Company in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries related to mobility services and solutions.
Your fluency in Croatian will be crucial as you help clients with service details, scheduling, and any questions they may have regarding our mobility offerings. Your dedication to outstanding customer service will significantly contribute to enhancing their experience and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat regarding mobility services inquiries
• Assist customers with service explanations, scheduling, and resolving issues
• Effectively handle customer complaints and support requests in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and issue resolutions
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our service delivery and customer experience
• Stay updated on trends in the mobility services sector and relevant offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in mobility or related industries, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Genuine interest in mobility solutions and dedication to client satisfaction
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
