Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Logistics & Courier Company. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to shipping, tracking, and logistical solutions.
Your fluency in Croatian will be essential in delivering timely and accurate information, assisting clients with their logistics queries, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our commitment to efficient service.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding logistics and courier services
• Assist customers with inquiries about shipment status, delivery schedules, and service options
• Process and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality
• Stay informed about logistics trends and service updates to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or courier services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in logistics and transportation services
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
