In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them in planning and booking their travel experiences.
Your fluency in Croatian will be crucial as you help customers navigate travel options, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will play a key role in delivering memorable travel experiences to our clients while enhancing their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat for travel inquiries
• Assist customers with trip planning, bookings, and modifications
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system
• Coordinate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to help improve services and offerings
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in travel or hospitality, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
