This role involves providing outstanding support to Croatian-speaking customers by assisting them with travel bookings, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout their journey.
With your fluency in Croatian, you will serve as a vital link between the company and its clients, offering personalized assistance, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with the company's commitment to excellence in the travel industry.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries and bookings
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and package reservations
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
• Stay informed of travel industry trends, promotions, and company offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or tourism sector, is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
