Mercier Consultancy is excited to present an opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's HealthTech Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to health technology products and services.
Your fluency in Croatian will be essential as you help customers navigate product information, resolve issues, and ensure they receive the highest level of care and assistance. You will be a crucial part of our mission to improve health outcomes through accessible technology.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat regarding health technology inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product usage, features, and troubleshooting
• Effectively manage order processing, returns, and customer complaints
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our offerings and service
• Stay informed about health technology trends and product updates
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare or technology, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in health technology and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset
