Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's FinTech Company based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers, guiding them through their inquiries and concerns related to financial technology services.
Your fluency in Croatian will be essential as you assist clients with account management, transaction inquiries, and technical support. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction while helping them navigate our innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat for various FinTech inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, transaction processing, and inquiries regarding financial products
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions to customer needs
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings
• Stay informed about FinTech trends and product developments to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in finance or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in financial technology and a commitment to helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
