In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services and solutions.

Your fluency in Croatian will be essential in helping clients understand their energy options, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive high-quality service tailored to their needs. As part of our dedicated team, you will enhance customer satisfaction and contribute positively to their experiences with our client.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding energy services and inquiries
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service requests
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions
• Gather and relay customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings
• Stay informed about energy industry trends and our client's product offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the energy sector or related fields, is preferred
