Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's E-Commerce Platform team based in Greece. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with their online shopping experience, order inquiries, and problem resolution.
Your fluency in Croatian will be key in delivering clear, friendly, and efficient customer service through multiple communication channels. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth and reputation of the e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
• Offer outstanding customer support in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product information, and delivery issues
• Assist customers in navigating the online platform and completing transactions
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and complaint resolution professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and warehouse to solve customer issues
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service and product offerings
• Stay informed about the e-commerce platform developments and promotions
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
• Detail-oriented and organized with good multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
