Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Digital Travel Company, based in Greece. In this exciting position, you will provide exceptional support to Croatian-speaking customers seeking assistance with their travel inquiries and bookings.
Your fluency in Croatian will be essential in helping clients navigate our online travel services, addressing their questions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. By delivering high-quality service, you will contribute significantly to enhancing customer loyalty and the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat related to travel inquiries and bookings
• Assist customers with trip planning, reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Handle inquiries regarding travel policies, itineraries, and payment options
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and service delivery
• Stay informed about travel trends and updates pertinent to our services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for the travel industry
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in travel or tourism, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in travel and assisting customers in their travel planning
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
