Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Electronics Brand. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer electronics products.
Your fluency in Croatian will be key as you help clients navigate product specifications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and after-sales support
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a professional and effective manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customers' concerns and ensure timely resolutions
• Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and service enhancements
• Stay informed about product launches and the latest trends in consumer electronics
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the electronics or retail sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in consumer electronics and technology
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
