We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking clients. This position includes a paid relocation package, making your transition to Greece seamless and hassle-free!

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our services. Your fluency in Croatian will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Croatian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide guidance related to our products and services
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to tackle complex customer issues
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements

Requirements:
