Croatian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Booking.com

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in support of Booking.com! If you are passionate about travel and customer service, this is the perfect role for you to engage with Croatian-speaking clients and help them have a seamless booking experience.

In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions to their issues, and ensure that they receive the best possible service. Your expertise in the Croatian language will be vital in fostering strong relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Croatian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues
• Guide clients on the best options for their travel needs
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for service enhancement
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product features and offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A friendly and positive approach with customers
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
