In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support and expert advice to Croatian-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues
• Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs and expectations
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a customer support or expert advisory role is advantageous
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with fully paid relocation support
