Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service role within our Tourism Industry Department, available anywhere in Greece! We are looking for passionate individuals fluent in Croatian to join our team and provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking clients during their travel experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, helping them navigate our tourism services, and ensuring they receive the best possible assistance while enjoying their time in Greece. Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries in Croatian regarding tourism services, accommodations, and activities
• Provide detailed information and support to clients throughout their travel journey
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot challenges that clients may encounter during their stay
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings
• Stay updated on tourism trends and services available in Greece
Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping others
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A previous background in customer service or tourism is preferred but not essential
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial
