Croatian Speaking CS role for Hospitality department work anywhere in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service role within our Hospitality Department. This position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece, providing flexibility and the chance to explore this beautiful country while engaging with clients in the hospitality sector.

In this dynamic role, you will support Croatian-speaking clients in the hospitality industry, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face. Utilizing your language skills and customer service expertise, you will be integral in ensuring clients receive the outstanding support they expect, enhancing their experience with our client’s services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Croatian-speaking clients with inquiries and requests related to our hospitality services
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to client issues to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback
• Stay updated on industry best practices in hospitality and customer service
• Work effectively in a remote team environment, contributing to collective goals

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor for effective client engagement
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, is an advantage
• A client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote setting
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
• A keen interest in the hospitality industry is desirable
