In this role, you will provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to hospitality services. Your communication skills and customer-oriented approach will be vital in ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Croatian-speaking clients with questions and concerns regarding hospitality services
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues to maintain high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client support
• Stay informed about hospitality industry trends and company offerings
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to work in Greece with provided accommodation
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in hospitality is a plus
