Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
• Assist clients with their questions and issues related to products and services
• Record and maintain accurate information about customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex customer problems
• Provide advice and support to customers to enhance their satisfaction
• Collect customer feedback to aid service improvement initiatives
• Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated on company offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial
