In this role, you will be the voice of Booking.com for Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries, booking arrangements, and any issues they may encounter. Your fluency in Croatian and excellent communication skills will be essential in delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Croatian via phone, email, and chat
• Provide detailed information about booking processes, travel products, and destinations
• Assist customers in making reservations and resolving any issues related to their bookings
• Accurately record and document customer interactions in our systems
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective service delivery
• Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the high standards of Booking.com

Requirements:
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• A genuine interest in travel and the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• No prior experience is required; however, customer service experience is a plus
• Open to relocating to Greece with provided relocation support
