About this Role:
The CRO Specialist will be responsible for improving the conversion rates of our websites, landing pages, and other digital assets through data-driven optimization strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of user behaviour, A/B testing, and web analytics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for optimizing user experiences, and a track record of driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:
Analyze website and landing page performance using web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to identify areas for improvement. Based on research, designing new highly converting landing pages.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user surveys, heatmaps, session recordings, and user behaviour analysis, to gather insights into user behaviour and pain points.
Develop and execute data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
Create and manage tracking & customize events (GA4, TrackRevenue, GoogleOpt, Hotjar.)
Plan, create, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to identify and validate conversion optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to implement CRO initiatives.
Present findings to the stakeholders and create a continuous improvement mindset and learning culture.
Conduct thorough analyses of test results, draw actionable insights, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools related to CRO.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, engagement metrics, and revenue impact.
Continuously monitor and evaluate website performance, identifying opportunities for further optimization.
Company wide CRO knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, Conversion Optimization Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with CRO tools and platforms, such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
Experience with user research methodologies, including surveys, heatmaps, and session recordings.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and user-centric design principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
